Ya I am leaving in about 5 and a half hours inshallah. I bought my tickets a week a head of time, and they were still the same price as the tickets a month or 2 a head of time. You can usually even get tickets a couple days a head of time for the same price.. I bought them on Alitalia.com for 940 each. That is the cheapest I have found usually every time either that or Royal Jordanian.

I am from Utah. I heard Minnesotta is really pretty. Will you go back there when you get approved?

We live in Heliopolis. What about you? Where in Cairo do you live? I don't really get many people staring at me. I blend in pretty well I think because I wear Islamic clothing. I think it happens occasionally. I just get annoyed of the pushing, and the traffic... It drives me crazy. What state are you from?

Received the visa back today.

So they messed up on our visa... So we have sent it back via dhl... The have officially messed up every step of the process for us literally...

Received the visa this morning! Just have to buy the tickets... Hopefully leaving Wednesday or Friday.

Okay so we got a call from the embassy today, and they said the AP is over and we will get our visa in a week! That is like the fastest AP I have ever heard of just 24 hours of AP looool!

Ya I know what you mean... I am very very happy we are done dealing with the embassy... I really do not like dealing with them. They are so hard to get in touch with, and to get correct answers on your case... They have messed up several times on our case lol. So I am really happy this is pretty much over inshallah.

I hope you don't have to wait much longer to go back to the states... I hope it's not long for both of us inshallah.
