Thank you. I will certainly keep checking in on you.... as I just can't believe that anyone has to wait well over a year for NOA2. That's just crazy, and your situation makes me upset. Will keep you guys in my thoughts and keep hoping that your case gets put at the top of the pile!

Thank you! They don't require anything in NOA2. It just means that our I-130 was approved. After this they will tell us the next step. I got the email yesterday but will get in the papers in the mail in the next few days. Will see if it tells us what to do next or not. Good luck to you!

So sorry to know you guys are having troubles! I was wondering how you were doing, and I truly hope things work out soon. Keep your spirits up! It might be frustrating, but I am sure things will all end up working out in a short time. I just hope things will go smoothly, and that you don't have to go through the muck first.
