when did you got marry with him
either is love marriage or arrnage
why your husband applied very late to you
my wife replied all this question with full confident then lady smiled and said to my wife congratulation have approved well come to USA and your visa packet will be send via courier service in 7 to 10 business day thankd ALLAH and thanks to all my vj family members i will keep continue on vj to share my opinon and predction and any among you need help of me regarding some question related to immigration form etc your are very very well come to ask freely

ok Brother you should nothing to worry about it wait for interview letter they will mention on it what they need to present at the time of interview. if your interview appointment set after the April 15 2013 they will asked the most recent tax return i don't know about requirement of police certificate by the nvc in your country but if its regular like other so get the fresh one before the day of your interview keep remember the police certificate is only valid for six month in most of the country from the date of its issuing so don't get it earlier only try to make it when you believe that your pd is about to be current in the next vb bulletin

Maham their is three kind of the sheet they issue at the time of interview one is pink is for whom they are approving visa right a way with this word you will get your visa and passport in 7 to 10 business days.2nd is blue sheet is call in their language G 221 its and refusal of the visa on the temporarily basis and their are few common reason for this sheet incomplete required documents insufficient evidence about the relation between petitioner and beneficiary and some medical problem in the medical exam has been found by the physician and mentioned it on the report. Green sheet is use for whom they are putting on AP its mean your documents and evidence are fine and they are ok with them but some time they need to name check background of interested applicant to us and the fourth sheet is yellow color that call g 212 this is very important its sheet is a decision mad by the co as final denial and applicant is not eligible for this immigrant visa and this case will be fwd to uscis for revoke that is very serious issue and its only happened when the CO found and sure some fraud on the case. Maham rest of the other thing are normal procedure of the consular section yes you are right some female are also facing AP in Islamabad but still 90% of female escape of this AP SO don't worry INSHALLAH you will not be victim of AP. Some interview review posted it that their female spouse faced AP but they did not mention about the complete interview question which has been asked by them for example its very unusual that CO did not asked about the photo graph of the marriage and photograph together of petitioner and beneficiary its very much strange for me.

Dear maham yes you are right to some extend all consulate and even us embassy in Islamabad were close today but its only for today due to protest announce by the some religious political parties and govt of pakistan the violence was expected during these rally thats why its all were announced close for fri spet 21 they will resume their normal services from Monday specially us embassy Islamabad. you should nothing to worry about because your are not current and your interview has not been scheduled yet. You most likely become current in dec so that time every thing would be fine even i am not woryy although i have been scheduled for october 24 because its still too far away and situation will calm down in a week.

neo my friend they have standard script to which they read and trust me some time they are very rude may be the heavy volume of call same repeating question work loud can make to them frustrated.I am quit reasonable sure that after the publishing of visa bulletin they will start to send the interview may be it would be from next week because their is no sign of retrogression or stop the movement remain same till July October 08 they did not mention any thing in last visa bulletin this is a positive way of nvc the give some sign or hint about the future movement always . Members are only discussing or giving the reference of April visa bulletin remember my friend they mentioned in October 2011 visa bulletin about the family base visa and said 4 to six week movement for f2a in Feb 2012 the mentioned it 1 to two month in April they mentioned about f4 china mainland born could be slow or stop on some point they did not said any thing about f2a or any other category and trust me i confirmed with some peoples of my family they are in f4 from Pakistan and has pd DEC 01 2000 did not get their interview so mean none of the other category has been scheduled yet that is a really a very good sign so keep the hope for best have nice night

HI friends after very closing monitoring of your comments and AILA PAGE i found the conclusion that you all are looking in rush and because of anxiety which is true i can understand you all missed two or three very important thing i would like to remind you any body remember this kind of the article published in end of dec 2010 regarding the AILA Conference and Mr chief controller of the dos visa section gave his view like prediction that some of the family base category like to become retrogression in the coming months visa bulletin but fortunately the f2a ones is not going to effect but you know what happened it backed almost 2.5 year in Jan 11 visa bulletin that was jan 08 and in Feb 11vb it backed one more year it was Jan 07 one is example of the credibility of this prediction. more over i would like to share that in April visa bulletin they only said something about f4 and further classify that china man land could be slow or stop on some point they never say any thing about any other category instead of it the given advance notification on Feb visa bulletin about all category and for f2a says movements could be 1 to 2 month one thing is very important that only the state department side is credible in-spite of others now i come to another a very important point if we believe on this AILA Article it did not says that movement is going to stop for three month and will remain same freeze on October 08 if you read it again carefully it say the movement would be possible up to 2 to 6 month from April 09 doesn't meant it will remain stuck on same date till July mean it can move up to 2 to 6 month mean may be every bulletin till July move this pace now please relax and avoid crating panic and discouraging to each other and wait visa bulletin its quite and reasonable possibility is their they schedule interview after visa bulletin published because i think they have change their system same they change in AVR now keep the hope and lift it high please i am in same boat with you my wife pd is may 10 2010 have nice day
