self-addressed return envelope with appropriate stamps for express or priority mail with tracking #s via USPS or with prepaid mailing envelope from private courier of choice

We tried FedEx but was told they can't make a label unless they're actually shipping something. 

What/how did you guys do it?

Hello!

I'm a CR-1 visa holder and we're about to remove conditions next month. We recently moved to a different address from what we had when we originally filed to start this process. Do we need to fill out & submit forms for that before the removal of conditions? If so, what forms do we need to fill out?

OMG! We just received our P4 a few minutes ago! Interview is set for September 4!!! We're sooo happy! Thank you Lord! This is totally unexpected. We were waiting for a case complete email and expecting for the interview to be scheduled maybe next week. But we're not complaining! Woohoo!

We haven't received a case complete email though. That's okay right?

All this time I thought it's when the paperwork reached the embassy. Sorry.

dwheels76, in your list, is RECEIVED the date when the person found out about the interview date over the phone, or when they received the official email about it?

I think it is for when the US Embassy where you'll have your interview received your paperwork.

Checking in! Just recently got case complete! It seems we'll have to wait for now til the 2nd week of August for the scheduling to begin? At least for the Philippines, I think that's the case. Hoping for first week of September interview schedule! *crosses fingers*

I advise people who are still waiting for their packet/s to be reviewed to study signatures/timelines of people who just recently had their packet/s reviewed or got case complete. That's what I did to get an estimate on when mine will be reviewed. For my 2 months in NVC, it has been taking them about 3 weeks (this is including weekends) from when they receive the packet til they review it. Check my signature below. (My case is not EP so my timeline might be different from those who are EP.) Good luck and hope to see you guys in the interview thread!

Just got off the phone with NVC. Good news! Our case is complete as of yesterday!!! Yeah! Thank you Saylin for the monthly NVC thread! It's been very helpful. Good luck to everyone still waiting for case complete!

That checklist is in line with them reviewing your AOS packet. The part regarding the IV packet is a false checklist.

If you submitted both your AOS and IV packets at the same time, you or your wife might want to call NVC today to check if your IV packet has been reviewed already. If it has been reviewed already, the operator can tell you if it has been accepted or if you're getting another checklist for the original documents. If they want the originals, you can send it in already but remember to include the IV bar code page from the payment portal with it if you don't want to wait for NVC's email with the checklist bar code page anymore.

I suggest you read posts 1 & 2 of this thread to help you understand the process further. It states there what I mean about false checklist.

Hi! There should be a specific instruction from NVC for the part of the AOS that they want you to correct. It should be the last page of the PDF that NVC emailed you. If you include that part here, people will be more able to help you.

Have you submitted the IV packet already?

. NVC recieved it June 17, as per operator it was reviewed last Friday. I ask her if my AOS is approved she just told no more RFE and system promted waiting for Police Clearance to be reviewed. and I give her the date when I send the police clearance was June 27, she just told me to call next week.

Just called NVC checklisted AOS was been reviewed and no more RFE it was reviewed last Friday as the operator told they just waiting the Police Clearance to be reviewed. NVC accepted police clearance June 27. hopefully Going to get a case complete news

We received a checklist from NVC for our co-sponsor's I-864A.

[x] Co-sponsor's income indicated on line 11 of the I-844A does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return and W-2(s).

My mother-in-law is a disabled veteran. Her income is from VA benefits and SS disability benefits. Since she is exempt from filing taxes and doesn't have W-2s or tax returns, we left that portion blank in the original AOS packet. (We included a letter why she is tax exempt.)

For the new form, should we put 0.00 for all the three most recent tax years since she is tax exempt? Or put her income from her VA benefits & SS benefits for each year there? Getting confused. >.< Please help!
