      I think the no-impediment is good for one year, if it expires it is not usable. They do not require it in the original petition. There is a chance that you can get a blueslip for this.You might not but its possible, if it was me I would get an updated one, just to avoid any delay in the visa.

    DHL Tracking says our package was picked up from the Embassy this morning! YAY! That is less than 24 hours from our interview! Yay!

      They have had several holidays and closed days which I believe is slowing down the process. I'm in the same boat with you too....hang in there.

    but, wont the petition expire? Email the embassy and ask them what is up with the case and see if you can get some clear answers from them.
