      This is their reply to my email, i guess i'm not gonna wait for NOA1 anymore, i'm just gonna wait for it to be approved.

    Consider the hour-glass; there is nothing to be accomplished by rattling or shaking; you have to wait patiently until the sand, grain by grain, has run from one funnel into the other.

      hi did you file at the US embassy in Manila via DCF, we did, last July 26 too and we haven't heard from them yet.
