      hello mrsgjr, ngayon ko lang nakita question mo, more on tungkol sa relationship ang mga questions. 2 1/2 months bago ko nareceived yung Notice of approval, DCF kasi kaya mas mabilis.

    Do they notify you when your NVC case is complete or when they send your case to your designated Embassy overseas?

      my case might be different since we filed the I-130 thru Direct Consular Filing at the US embassy. :)

      the packet 3 will be addressed to the beneficiary.

      The US embassy will send you packet 3 and letter with your Manila case number. When you received it, your wife can call the US embassy to schedule the interview and have her medical exam at the St. Luke's extension clinic.

      thanks chuck chuck, i am happy and indeed fortunate that the approval was short, i just find it sad that i will be miles away from my family (parents and siblings) pretty soon. :)

    We didn't receive NOA1 (maybe because we filed our aplication thru DCF at the US embassy in Manila), We also didn't received NOA2 not even in email or text, but we received a letter (dated Oct.14) last friday (Oct. 21) with case naumber and instructions and forms (packet 3). Wow, what a surprise. :)
