  1. I like how easily your interview went :D Or maybe the way you wrote your post sounded like it was easy. Hehe. Congratulations!

Well it wasn't that easy the consular asked me more questions cause she felt i was so nervous so she wanted to make sure that i'm good to go so at your interview never show that you are nervous lol

I remembered few questions but i don't know why i can't edit my post

she asked me how many people attended our wedding

what time do we chat i told her 12 am my time she said what time is it in usa then i said 5 pm 7 hours deference

she asked me lots of question from I-130

that's almost every thing make sure you have copies of every thing you sent to uscis and nvc and read all the info on it you'll need it

    Good luck

  2. At POE my wife, in casual conversation during entry of her data into their computer system, was asked several times when she was married. I guess they are trying to make sure at POE one last time - remember marraige date, engagement date and any other dates (honeymoon or birth dates) that are mentioned in any of your forms (I-130 & DS-230).

Ok thank you so much for the info

  3. Awesome! 1 Hour with even running out for a translation is incredible. I am amazed. and I hope for a quick interview for my husband and me in Egypt. I hope to hear from the embassy this month! They have been making spouse visas wait 6 months for their interviews but now they are at about a 4 month wait. So, I am hoping it will be a 3 month wait and we get an interview mid January!!!!

And it will be ok with me if they schedule it today. LOL!!

Take Care yuyu and good luck in everything.

When do you plan on coming to usa?

I hope you get your interview date soon, I'm glad I'm done it was a really hard journey I hated all the waiting but good things comes to those who wait, good luck

I'll wait till I get my passport then book the ticket and my husband will come on the mid of december so we travel together

  4. Oh my Dear God, I hope not!!! I will go crazy. You obviously remained cool and calm and got things done quicklY. I am proud of you. What time did you end up getting out of the embassy? Interview was at 10 and how long did it all take?

Actually I got really nervous and I entered the consular room shaking lol

including the running and translating the document it took an hour I finished at 11:00 am

    Good luck with your interview!

  5. First I want to thank each and every one of you for your help and your prayers and wishes for me I love you all

    here is my interview details

My interview was scheduled at 10:00 am i was there at 9 waited till 9:45 to get in

Started with the security check i had my hand bag and a CD and electronic birthday card they told me go put back in the car then come back with papers and pictures only

I got back again to the security check they let me in the embassy, I went to the reception window she gave me number 3 and asked me to go to window #6 they took my passport and civil records over there asked me few questions from DS-230 about my job and my husband and previous marriages we were both single and this is our first marriage she asked for the marriage contract i had that but not translated she told me go out side the embassy there is a translator over there she kept my passport in so i went out running and i had the contract translated in 15 mins then got back in to the security check again :bonk: lol

then went back to window 6 and provided the certificate she asked me to have a seat till i hear my name called.

I waited for 10 mins then they called my name and asked me to head to room #7, I went in the consular was a very nice lady I was very nervous and shaking cause I had to go in and out for 2 times she asked me to stand up and I took the oath then she took my finger prints and told me to have a seat

She asked me how i met my husband i said on facebook she said no tell me the whole story lol so i told her our story, she asked me about his work, where does he live, when did we get engaged and when did we get married she asked me if i have any pictures of engagement and wedding i had about 200 i started showing it to her she asked me which picture is your favorite i showed her the picture

then she gave me an orange slip and told me to to go pick my passport next week i asked her should i tell my husband i got approved she said yes but don't book tickets until you get your passport with visa on it

If you have any questions i'll be glad to help
