    So after waiting 3.5 months for a decision from the Embassy, we finally have been told that our K-1 visa is denied and her application is being returned to the NVC. The Ukraine govt told the US govt that they passed a law in 2010 that requires BOTH the court document and the ZAGS document in order for a divorce to be final. Since Olga did not go get the ZAGS until Dec 2011, they say that she was still legally married when I filed my 129F in August. So they are requiring me to start all over a...
