    Do you know whats AP(advance Parole) i received a notice saying that my wife was going to receive a temp. greencard for one year until they made their decision on removing the restrictions on her greencard. this is consider Adavance Parole right. should i be worried. Thanks

      By the way, she will not receive another card until her ten year card arrives. Sit tight. Everything is going good so far. Await the biometric letter now.

      ohhh. This is completely normal and part of the process. Since your wife's greencard has "expired" this extends it's validity for one year. She should carry a copy with her at all times along with her "expired" green card. If you all have to travel she should present this document to border control. Some states require this document to renew her license. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have anymore questions.

    My wife's Green Card was aprove Yesturday!!!!!!!! It says wait 60 days for the Green Card!!!!! Thanks Visa Journey Our Journey Shall end once we get my wife's Card. Thanks

      If you all are selected for an interview, you will have to present an Affidavit of Support again. But if you are approved without an interview, it will not be necessary. I hope you don't have to have an interview.

      Hey, no problem. Ask anything you like. Unfortunately, we have not yet received approval for AOS. We recieved the EAD/AP card. Still waiting after seven months.

      Thanks guys. To tolsab, I tried via telephone but the automated system indicated that they have no record of the address I've lived at for the last 20 years before marrying. I've never filed taxes anywhere else but they don't recognize this address. I'm at my wit's end.

      I was confused as well. You have to wait about two or three days and then your fiance will receive an email with the tracking number. When he receives this email you can log into http://usvisa-info.com and his waybill information will be updated.
