      for my case tumawag lang ako sa embassy mas madali kasi. after na makapagset kn ng appointment mage-email sila sau ng appointment letter iprint mo un at un ang dadalhin mo sa interview along with two sets 156 form(kelangan mo ito ifill up online and print kc may barcode ito.), isang 156k, two sets 157k. appointment letter or confirmation letter un yung information mo sa schedule ng interview mo.

      sis kung k1 visa ka, u dont need to fill up ds160 form. only 156,157k at 156k. if im not mistaken CEAC confirmation letter yun ung email ng embassy sau when u make an appointment for interview.
