    Just picked up the K-1 visa... best feeling in the world. Beware - he was so excited, HE ALMOST OPENED THE PACKET. Even though he knew not to. Warn your partners! Warn them to warn you!! Anyway, must obtain a compliance letter to import his car and then we are off to Oklahoma...

      Thank you! The visa was available from Vancouver on the fourth business day after the interview date. (Interview Monday, available for pickup on Friday.)

      PS I have included everyone on AP in my prayers since starting this process, as I know that must be the worst - no timeline. I couldn't sleep at night since our approval for fear of AP. Know, I will continue to pray for AP/AR folks. Until I die. And hopefully, work for reforms, as well...

    response to service request put in Nov 14, nothing new to report, don't know where you are in the process or what the delay is. We should have an answer for you within 90 freaking days. WTFrig? 60 days to ponder after they receive info for RFE.I was almost ready to just say to heck with it and fly down there. But I don't want to ben an undocumented person. And I'm from Canada. sheeeesh. my meaningon that is we are way too polite and say ok we will wait our turn.

    YAY - finally heard from the Canadian embassy and the Egyptian embassy on the same day. I'm dying to know the wait time for an interview in Vancouver right now.

    Entered the US a few days ago (Oct 7/11) and arrived in Tulsa yesterday (Oct 8/11). UHaul trailer is the way to move if you don't have large furniture.

    well I just checked out processing times for VSC and YEAH it has gone back to 5 months. Which means many should be getting approvals soon. Hope it's us...lol

    So they messed up on our visa... So we have sent it back via dhl... The have officially messed up every step of the process for us literally...

      PS... let me know how long it takes you guys to get your police check, please. He's in Canada, so we had to go through the Cairo embassy... they quoted a month and a half, but we are there... and I'm not holding my breath!
