Simply NO, Restraining orders are court orders and they are not punishments, you should be fine. However, if you have an arrest and pending charges, i would investigate further

What Muslim country is your Prince from? if your marriage is intended for life time, families should know yet they don't have to approve... Again there is no black sheep in "traditional family" there is differed traditionalism.

Use a cover page that lists all the included documents respectively. The neater the better. I used paper clip for every document and then a big paper clip for the whole file... you know! the black big paper clip.
