what happened in Thailand stays in Thailand... except the pictures they might be helpful in the interview.
-
OR OR OR it is time to send your spouse to an English school... she will have to learn sooner or later.
-
it is a good sign when they take it away, you should be happy
-
well it seems you entered the marriage not in good faith to begin with. all you needed is the greencard, this won't go well on your record. Don't convince me that you loved that women (The Troll) and decided to spend the rest of your life with her.
go back to your what ever you came from and let her figure out her life, obviously she is a ###### and I am 100% sure she was cutting a deal. She can easily cause you trouble (more trouble)
American life is good for honest people, and your wife is not one of them

Once I got denied because I didn't send a cover letter.... Just kidding,
I never sent one and all went ok.
-
Congratulations, you didn't get an interview???
-
They are making the effort not to ruin your "work day" so you don't have to take a half day off, and you say #######????
yes it happens all the time... the stimulus package has to be spent somewhere.
-
yes, you can study... however, you will be paying a non-resident rate on your tuition if you choose state university. That's usually way higher than the resident rate.
I would definitely prepare some transcript and translation for whatever you had studied in your original homeland.
Good luck

Chicago is not a bad place to get interview in, as for the 11:28 God only knows
Good Luck
I didn't have health insurance as joint but I did have Tax returns and bill, similar to what you have. If you are really together I wouldn't worry about the interview... it will be a piece of cake.

you guys heard of something called a phone? it is a better reconciliation tool than public internet forums
it is such a soap opera
Maybe it isn't real. Some people thrive on drama to the point that they have to invent it.
and 3rabs do it best

does the restraining order can affect during background check? when removing conditional residency greencard
Simply NO, Restraining orders are court orders and they are not punishments, you should be fine. However, if you have an arrest and pending charges, i would investigate further
-
No, usually the immigration sends you letters, I have hardly heard anybody received a call from them. I wouldn't worry about it.
-
Yes, a more detailed (and organized) story might be helpful. with this information it would be hard to advise.
-
I feel your pain, I would advise to lawyer up your case
-
If your name has change to your spouse's I would recommend traveling with the marriage certificate.
have a safe trip

It seems that you don't know the outcome of your interview yet. I would concentrate on gathering evidences. What Muslim country is your Prince from? if your marriage is intended for life time, families should know yet they don't have to approve... Again there is no black sheep in "traditional family" there is differed traditionalism.

I like the way you composed your message... Congratulations to her and to all 3500 good new citizens
-
you are USC when to do the oath, not a second earlier.
-
I wonder if the IRS and the Immigration have ever talked to each other. I filled as resident after the marriage, I wouldn't worry about it
-
Well it all depends on how nice the IO is. I would list their names on the application as they are required.
-
the case number does not reveal any personal information... Chillaxe
-
I don't believe it was a mistake, and if it was you should send the documents anyway. Congratulations
-
Use a cover page that lists all the included documents respectively. The neater the better. I used paper clip for every document and then a big paper clip for the whole file... you know! the black big paper clip.
Good luck.

Congratulations ... but can we know what the question was, or what it is about? so we don't fall in the same hall you have been... it must have been like hell to you
