wow we live very close! well this copy does have a stamp from the judge...i will have to send the copy and ive heard that i wont need the original until the interview...im gonna send the copy and hope for the best! thanks!

hi thanks for your answer! i have another question: on the guide it says "copy of divorce decree" it doesnt ask for the original...so why would i get an RFE if it doesnt ask for the original? it is a copy of the certified/stamped original...what do you think?

Hello! Congratulations on your interview & Good Luck! I have another question for you...was he on a ship at the time you filed the 129-F? I am wondering what you put for #12 on the form? I am confused since it says 'fill only if he is with you in the US at the time of filing' because obviously he comes into the US with being on the ship but he's not with ME! Your adv...

So, I resigned...decided it would be better for me to wait for him and try to get this visa stuff done at home with my family and not on a ship! It was Norwegian...I wondered if it was easier to stay together on diff. lines, but i guess...
