I would like to petition my parents ASAP as immigrant here in US, however i am still a Permanent Resident. My question is ; Does my husband (a US citizen) can petition my parents or not?

@Ruizloi: Thank u for adding me. USCIS approved my petition last Aug.31,2011,exactly 99days. After 3weeks I emailed the NVC and after two days they replied giving me my MNL case number. After that i paid for my visa fee at BPI please bring with you your passport. After my payment I scheduled my interview online and u can pick what day u may available for interview.

@VAny; Is your interview date Oct.20? mine is 21. WHen do u attend your medical exam?
