Hi listen ur wife need to get 1-130 form from the USCIS web site, fill it out, pay 420$, fill out the G-325A biography for u and her (2), affidavit of support also she can find it in the USCIS forms, get a letter from her job stating how much money she makes per year, u need to send her a picture with white backgrown and she needs to take a picture the same white backgrown and more things. All the intructions are on the I-130 form and all she needs to give them, marriage licence, translated to english all has be translated to english, USCIS will not accept it in french or arabic. I did mine by myself I marry in morocco too. if u need more help just feel free to ask me...and this pettion has to be done here in the USA not in Morocco!...Also she can find an agency called "International Institud" this agency can help her with all this....Good luck...

hello Imi1122 ... thanks for your help i really appreciate it , i just have more question about which affidavit of support form she has to fill I-864 OR I-134 ?? and if you have any clue about how much all of this process going to cost ?

Hi to all ... i'm moroccan citizen married to american woman ,we met online sep 28 2010, then we met in morocco June 10 2011 .. got married July 20 2011 , my wife back home and i want to follow her to USA , can anyone advice us about which way to take ...i mean do i have to apply for the k3 visa here in( the american consulate in casablanca) or it's better that my wife apply for I-130 in USA ?? or we need to apply for both ? if yes then what the first step we should do ??

hopefully someone show us the easier and cheaper way to take ? all replies are very appreciate ... thanks
