      Are you applying for a visa for him as well then he should attend the interview. If not they are not too keen on company no matter who it is. But I don't think they'll do much more than give you the evil eye...after all it is a kid!

    Hi all!!! Anyone out there trying to enter the US as a spouse from Canada, need to figure how long i wil have to wait in Canada. I was in the us, filed a I-485, left US without a Travel Parole Doc and now cannot get back to my husband and son without this K3 Visa. Need to know how long this nightmare may take. I am waiting in Vancouver Canada. Thanks
