    No, you still have to send the requested documents. It is very important that you submit them to show the relationship of you and your father and I gave the example of documents. Talk to your father and/ or your mother if they have any such documents or pictures. The birth certificate is not enough!!!

  2. Submit as much as requested documents included those you already submitted. They want to see father/son relationship over the extended period of time especially when you were minor(under 18 years old.) The supporting documents was mentioned in the Request for Evidence (I-797E). You just need to find out what documents existed and submit them before the due date. Examples of documents that I can think of are your birth Certificate showed your father's name, household registrations showed you and your father had resided at the same address, school records listed your father as a financial supporter, old photos taken with your father since you were young till the most recent, etc. Hope this helps!!!
