  1. Me and my fiancee completed our forms, but we have one last question. We do not understand very well the question number (18) Form I-129F.

Someone who has already completed this question and there is no error, please, answer me.

What we should do? Write a letter as we both met you in person here (In Brazil?

Or tell when we both met online?

And who should write it? Me or her? Both? What should we write?

This letter can be written on the computer then signed?

    Thanks!

  2. My question is quite objective, but I'm in doubt ... They ask that we do not leave any blank lines.

But in the forms of VJ that I'm using to get examples, there are certain questions that we should write "None" or "N/A" And my question is...

For example in question 10 of the Form I-129f (I am attaching a picture to better understand)

I'll put "None" but what about the other three spaces intended to write? I must write "None" too?

I will be more clear and objective: When there are multiple lines and this question I need to put "None"; the other lines will leave it blank or repeat "none"?

The same goes for questions of the G-325A

    Thanks!

  3. "What we sent with the petition?"

    EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP

You have sent a petition? If yes ... answer me please.

    What should we send?

We have a ScreenShot (Livemocha, Skype, Orkut, Twitter, Facebook, emails) that shows the line of our online relationship.

We have also pictures together and with my family, hotel expenses, plane ticket that she was in Brazil and more her passport with the Brazilian stamp She was in Porto Alegre / Brazil (my town)

We must attach and send it along with the petition?

I've seen people who have not sent any of this evidence and were warned to RFE.

And then? What should we do?

  4. Hello, my question is...

I think it's a very silly question, but I prefer to ask than to do anything wrong.

I'm filling out my Form G-325A and I wanted to know a thing about language / graphic accent.

In Portuguese (my native language) there are graphic accents and the name of the city of my mother is written "á"

Should I take it out "´" and leave only "a" no accent? Does this matter?

The same goes for the street name: "ã" I change for "a"? without any accent or leave as originally written in portuguese?

Finishing it, I can move on.

Taking advantage still this topic: what I can do if you dont have more space to put the address?

  5. Tô na área! hehe

Olá a você, você, você, você, você, você, você, você, vocêeeeee!

Pessoa prazer em conhecer todos vocês!Eu sou novo aqui no VJ - E eu a minha noiva estamos iniciando o nosso processo I-129F

Minha segunda dúvida é: É necessário enviar as provas do nosso relacionamento nesta petição I-129F?

  6. Hello friends,

I'm new here on Visa Journey. I went indicated by a Brazilian friend, I received many compliments on this site.

And then I came to confer with my own eyes, and really this is the most complete site I've ever seen!

People really interested in helping - That's what I (and my fiancee) needed!

Well, first I want to say congratulations to everyone who got the visa! I think it should be a lot of happiness. And those who are in the process: I wish all the luck and all the dreams will come true!

Everything will be fine for you all!

I have many questions... (Millions of Questions ) And then I'd rather ask people who have done this and could not be any problem. I would like to hear stories. I think this strengthens the confidence to go forward.

I'd like to read these stories, I would like to receive tips on what to do, the best way possible and fast.

What we're doing now is read and read and gather our documents and evidence of our relationship.

I want to know: What is necessary to send it to start the process K-1 visa?

I read that there are three forms to start the process - right? (if I'm wrong, please correct me!)

    I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé)

I-134 (Affidavit of Support) <- Is necessary to send this too? It is also necessary to send the first time together?

G-325A (Biographic Information) <- We must fill this out? It is necessary also send together the first time?

I read that these are the forms that we should send - may be wrong, but you all explain to me the right way.

Is there anything else we should send to start the process? How: Photos, Letters, plane tickets etc?

or it is not necessary now?

I wonder what is necessary to send and not get errors later.

Another question: This process takes a long time to be ready? (I think so... that's why I'm afraid)

I will explain the situation a little better ... She's pregnant (I'll be a father!) And she is 9 weeks pregnant. I think our baby will be born in late February, so we're running out of time.

She has medical documents showing that she is pregnant, we should send it?

I'm afraid not be ready until February and missing the birth of our child, That would be cruel and very sad.

I'll have lost the entire pregnancy that is a fantastic time then I cannot even think of that possibility..

Anyway, I'd like help about how to proceed in the best way possible,

    Thank you all!
