hey vjers...does my fiance in jamaica have to wait for packet 3 to start filling out the DS 156, 156 K?? Can i just print it online and have him fill it out in the meantime??

I just came across ur post and was wondering if u found out what RFE really is or whats needed??..it looks like we applied around the same time so just wondering if i will be getting the same request.
