I remember when fill out the forms my husband already put his last name because we're married already. But my passport is still under my maiden name I haven't change it because it's valid until 2013.

For me it will not affect and I know it will not be a cause of denial. I never heard such thing so sit back and relax. But if you really want to know more please make a thread so that
