Well the last few days were filled with lots of sunshine and happiness. So glad he is home!

tension in the home..

It is very normal in the early stages, key is understanding how each one of you feels him with moving into a completely new country plus missing his life in Morocco and you now having your hubby home. I made sure my hubby could talk to his family and I kept him busy (ESL, driving classes). Initially he had a hard time helping around the house but soon enough he fell in line because we all do it. It will get better my rule is always give any major changes 90 days and soon enough it becomes n...

WoW! I'm amazed by the negative and very judge mental comments on my forum post. I remember stating "I don't want to slam my ex fiancé" Meaning - I left out important info about what has happened to me by the K1 visa holder, info that's not anyone else's business. If I were "marry him" after knowing I'm not happy - wouldn't that be the worse thing to do?! I don't understand others view points, but I don't need to. Our relationship w...

OK...... im miss my hubby too much. i need a support group. Someone tell me about their success and how they did it so i can be encouraged again. #goingcrazy

Ironic you mention a support group, I suggested that and I was accused of trying to support single mother bring their lovers over. I understand there is a need for the wives to have a support group of ladies going through the same process. I hope things are going well for you, time will fly by and soon he will be with you.

They won't let me do a service request :0( Some with priority dates after mine have been approved... Still I have heard nothing :0( This is the most stressful process and I will be so glad when it is over.... Oh Allah please give us the strenght and faith to get through this mess..... Please Allah bless us with this visa so that we can live a life with some normalcy... AMEEN

We sent ours in First week of Jul 10, and did not get approved until 15 Feb. Give it a little more time and you should get it the average now is 7 months even if they say 5 months on the website. I can only imagine your frustration, I was there once but believe me it does not compare to the joy you will feel when he finally comes home. Praying for you both...God bless

missing Abedine..... taking it day by day
-
Oh I enjoy the hijab too, they are great for the cold weather I also bought a Jalaba as well for the really cold nights in Morocco. My daughter did the same she really loved the culture there, we are doing great enjoying all the firsts (Island of Adventure, Travel through 12 states, meeting my extended family 14 siblings lol and countless kids, the holidays). We are truly blessed and I am in no hurry to Americanize my husband, I love the innocence of his upbringing.
