    64 days after RFE received and still nothing. My fiance put in a service request with USCIS today. He was told we would be receiving a response within 15 days.... uggg... the most frustrating process ever!! :(

    Holy hallelujah! Almost 3 months later, the medicals are finally approved and on the way to the consulate. We may get this wrapped up soon!

      Medicals and passports will be arriving in MTL tomorrow, so it's just a matter of waiting to get the passports back with the visas inside. I'm hoping to be able to POE mid September. Fingers crossed!

      I had to have the TB sputum test done (even though *every* doctor here thought it was insane and unnecessary). One more reason to love USCIS rules. <eye roll> How are you????

    Approved! ....pending medical results. They kept our passports though, so I'll take that as a good sign.

    Haven't updated in quite a while. S passed his interview. He'll be here in 9 days. We'll be married on the 31st. :) I have to say, it was a relatively painless process. Thank goodness for the both of us having patience :)

      I'm sorry you are sad, but I'm going to say a big congrats for getting an interview date! (some people are *still* waiting... not mentioning any names... ;-) Chin up! I hope you find a cancellation and get in sooner, but if not, at least you have a date and can make final plans! Hooray!

    So look like my interview date will be march 20th. I m happy but it s so long! is there a way to reschedule the interview earlier? I m getting too impatient i know lol

      Ex (who gave verbal consent to move with the kids already) is saying 'maybe not' now that the papers are ready to be signed. I can't move without my kids. :( We'll see. There's always hope, right?
