" ok your visa is approved, you can pick it up at the DHL office in your city in a week."

OOOHH yeah! My fiance said that it was really relaxed, the (gringo) that interviewed him was really nice and funny

hi! to answer your question ( can a passport be denied) ... i dont think it can.. as long as (obviously) he has the right papers/money amount.

question- After the interview when you are waiting on visa, it's sent to DHL- WHERE? did you have to stay in Juarez waiting, or can you go back and get visa in your own city?

Also, about the AOS- can you just do the fingerprints and photo in juarez when you do...

My fiance ( in mexico) is also going to have to go all the way to Ciudad Juarez, no where near where he lives! I emailed the american embassy where my fiance is, and they are the ones that told me ALL K-1 VISA APPLICATIONS GO TO CIUDAD JUAREZ!
