  3. BARCODED Cover Sheet (to be printed from web when your status is PAID online for IV bill)

Photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic data page.

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate.

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s and petitioner’s marriage certificate.

Original police certificates of the beneficiary.

  4. No, there are no additional fees for IR-1/CR-1 visas after arriving in U.S. You should receive a temporary I-551 stamp in your passport upon arrival. This will serve a proof of your permanent residence. It is valid for 1 year. You should receive your actual green card in the mail within a few weeks.

Yes, you will need to remove the conditions on your permanent residency...within the 90 day window...before the expiration of your conditional residence. Yes, you will need to pay for that process. More info can be found here.

I hope this gives you some peace of mind. Keep us updated with your case!

awwwee thank you for your kind and quick response Markieboy  yes i will keep everybody here posted

  5. just want to ask this so i can have the peace of mind... after arriving in the US do we have any fees to be paid again? as far as i know CR1 visa don't need to apply for green card because we are conditional resident for 2 years am i getting it right? and then 90 days before that 2 yrs expires we need to adjust or apply to lift the condition and if that time comes do we need to pay for that process again? please enlighten me on these (paranoid lol :bonk: ) coz im not really sure if im getting it right... TIA :)

  6. did you get the IIN too?if you didnt call NVC again and ask for it,in order for you to log-in on the payment portal you will need those numbers and in my experienced after i called NVC i started receiving emails after 2 or 3 days i think but really depends, if you want you can email the DS3032 now that's what i did then everything goes faster from there just make sure all your docs are ready like I864 form your itr, pay stubs etc... and the DS230 form and IV package... im not an expert on these but that was base on my experienced good luck!

  7. You're about done......congratulations and best of luck. CFO and a ticket to the US to go. :-)

    Bob

thanks Bob im done with the CFO seminar i will just have to go back there for the sticker once i get visa approval after that time to book ticket to US.

  8. Base on your timeline you are IR-1/CR_1 not a K-1. You need to wait for the NVC to send your case to Manila COnsulate they will schedule your interview and you can go from there for your medical exam date. And I don't think you need to pay for the visa cause all that AOS and IV bill thats what it is.

i got it... wow that's great i don't need to pay visa apps all i have to pay now is the medical fee thanks for that info :)
