    my hubby calling USCIS ,. it says we are not pass yet through 5 months so they telling my hubby to call them again after 5 months. Im asking why my others friends got their noa2? they are may filers I am april filers stil nothing noa2? I just want to ezxpress my feelings about this others have the best answer when they call uscis by saying they wil approve next week and yes its true they approve why the person who answer the call of my hubby is just said its only a formal inquery and wer not ...

      awww, that's very sad. I am an april filer and I'm already approved. I have my visa and will soon go to US. It took 80 days only from my NOA1. Hang on girl, everything will be okay.

    Is it normally to be paranoid that my fiance might freak out and change her mind on coming to me?

      For past few days, I cried a lot too. I told my fiance that I want to back out. I'm worried about how will his family and friends react when they see me. We have 25 years age gap. But then, he assured me that our age gap is not a big deal, his friends has bigger age gap than us and he loves me so it's enough for me to calm down :)

    my fiance got my visa number from NVC and my docs are now forwarded to the US embassy. Can I schedule an interview with a case number? or I should pay first? do I need to wait for a hardcopy of my visa case number or not anymore? im confused, pls help...

      You can schedule your medical and interview. I will have my medical on monday and will schedule my interview afterwards.

    is it true? it takes a month to get NBI results? why?

      Yes, especially if you live in a province. It takes a month to get it. I requested one last July 20, even now, I don't have it yet. If you want it fast, you should go to Manila main branch. But the process is really slow, according to others it's a test of patience.

      NBI clearance is valid for one year. So if you request for one now, it's okay. You don't need a police clearance unless you worked in other country :)

      They sent the same email too. However, after sending the scanned copy, they will send this to you "Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) contacted U.S.

      Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) to locate your approved

      petition. USCIS has informed the NVC, that your petition will be en

      route to the NVC. Once we have received your petition, the appropriate

      agent will receive further instructions within 6 to 8 weeks.

      I know what you feel..gggrrrrr. Did you call them again? We received an email from them based on the inquiry we did. They don't have it, the USCIS haven't forward it yet. But on our email from USCIS about noa2, they state that they sent it to NVC. Now what is happening?
