    Well, its been 4 months since they DENIED us.

    USCIS has not contacted us to let us know WHY we were not accepted. When I call USCIS they say that its 120 days from the receipt date (8/22/12). I really Hate all this Red Tape and the control they have over peoples lives.

    Because the US officer didnt FEEL LIKE beliving him. She denied us. that simple, no le dio la real gana!!...

      Press GUIDES and look for k1 GUIDE...there you will find step by step the procedure...look for After approval NOA2...Read to the flowchart that appears there. Dont forget to read the specific requirments on USA embassy in Cuba...procedures chage country from country....Hope it helps

      I contact my a congressmen last week they told me to wait 60 days till around mid april if no answer....then to call them back

      :(

    Its been exactly 6 long months and I have NOT heard anything from Immigration. When I call they say ,"its within the normal waiting time" call back . Also the status continues to say that my case cannot be found. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

    Hi , my first time posting. I have sent all the info requested into USCIS for K1visa. I got a response in a timely fashion, and I got a Receipt number, BUT, when I enter the receipt number into check my case status, it give me a message, your case can not be found at this time in my case status.please check your rcpt number and try again.

    Ive called the USIS many times and I get automated ...
