    Guys how will you know if you do have NOA 1 already? we sent the packet july5 and according to UPS they delivered it 10am July 6 im just confused...

      If you have included the G-1145 (email/mail notification) in your packet sent to TX, your fiance should be getting a text msg/email notification within 7-15days. NOA1 usually gets mailed in 15-30days upon date filed.

      Ohhh we dont have that one :( so we need to wait 1-2wks then... my sister is sooo busy right now thats why i havent ask her about it :(

    Pls help me guys... Is there a list of documents that can be used to verify that my petitioner is a US citizen? coz his birth cert is since 1975 the old one so were soo worried

      But the Minnesota govt shut down so we cannot request a new one... :( is there any ways?
