Yea I knew I wouldn't allowed in the interview or the consulate either, no wonder you would be unsure of hanging around in Juarez with a baby, I would also be unsure if I had a child with me.I know I also want to see my husband.the good thing is that we will be staying with family friend's in Juarez that live close to the consulate so that should be easier.
