K-1 was sent back to USCIS but got reaffirmed in a week we got married reason for revocation was told by USCIS Embassy just wanted to reconfirm our Approved petition how silly. filing for i-130 missing my wife so much like crazy

and not even sure they will reaffirm it most folks say they don't reaffirm K-1 Visas and within 4 months of time it expires and they sit on it to be expired and then want u to re-file it was for me i'm the beneficiary and i'm a male from Karachi right now my wife is with me she will return soon and then file for CR-1

walaikum salam sorry for the late reply my case was in AP for 3 Months and then Embassy emailed me they are sending my case back to USCIS with recommended of revocation we got our senator involved too but embassy didn't give the senator accurate reason for it so my case just returned to USCIS we got married and filing for CR-1 because USCIS will take 160 days to review my case

we both are okay just getting ourselves equipped for the wedding it will be held on May 19th our case has eventually returned to NVC we are getting married and in june we are filing for i-130 wish you best of luck May Allah keep you both happy always ameen love from Mohsin and Poonwattie

i'm on K-1 Visa i don't think we had to make any payments to NVC and we sent i-1864 to the USCIS and currently i-134 AOS will be sent to the embassy with packet 3.5
