3 days with two kinds of migraine meds and yet my little girl still having pain....neurosurgeon appt soon... praying they can find what's causing her to be so sick... and wanting my husband home with me!!!! JUST SO UNFAIR NOW!!!!!

hmmm close to 8 months on AP.. at first it wasn't so much of a big deal.. now... well it totally stinks and i go thru different emotions daily.. mainly heartbreak waiting to finally be together!

It's 04:15, not a second of sleep, and I just talked to my husband. His visa has been approved!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I'm literally in tears right now as this has been a very long journey. Many thanks to my family and friends that I met along the way on VJ. God is great!!!!

what a depressing Christmas season this has been ... my husband still isn't out of ap and my dog of 13 yrs has passed away today

@ lizhebert - Congrats to you as well. My husband is coming towards the end of Jan. He's got a lot of packing to do and needs to ship some of his personal belongings to our house so he doesn't have to take more than 2 suitcases. Best wishes to you and your family and hope your finance has a safe trip home.

@ EAbbas, it's so frustrating when your loved one has to be more scrutinized just because he's a man coming from the middle east. I get so excited when I see people from the middle east get approved. All the waiting that you have endured will soon come to an end. Good things come to those who wait. In your case it will be the BEST!!

As this Christmas day comes.. I wish everyone a blessed holiday.. those of us that aren't reunited together may we bathe in the knowledge that our love is strong and faithful and that we can endure this process... Maybe we won't get our visa before Christmas.. maybe not in January but Allah hear our prayers our marriage is strong and we will continue to grow in our love no matter how long we have to wait...

I have seen your helpful comments on VJ so many times and I can't believe how long you and your husband have been under AP. I pray that this will come to an end very soon...inshallah. Keep your faith and be strong. While fighting for your own visa journey, you are always here willing to help others. Great things happen to Great people. :-)

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can, and the patience not to choke the ###### outta my other half.....He is driving me insane about the visa interview and what documents I need to send.... when I have done my research myself......Lord help me!!!!

Oh, I love my husband so much. We talked today and he mentioned the number of days left for me to see him in Lebanon. It's just those little things that one can say that will just melt your heart. He's the best!!! Bhebak ana ktir omreeeeee.

Thank you. I just read your fiance is in AP status. What was the reason? I totally agree with you. Middle eastern men are being discriminated against and it's quite frustrating. Something has to be done about this. I hope your fiance won't be too long in AP status. I sent you a pm...good luck to you and keep your spirits up.
