  1. this is my entire story I posted it yesterday when i got home.. hopefully I will help you goodluck!!

    http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/337819-aos-interview-in-buffalo-ny/

  2. Everything will be fine, bring the pictures and he will probably look at them, but I am pretty sure you will be approved, let me know how your interview goes!

  3. I submitted plenty of evidence with the applications and pictures also, I put them in a word document, he asked me if I wanted to add more evidence, i told him I had a folder full of more evidence and he said I dont need anymore, he just needed to ask that as a formality. lolhe said just save them so when you have to remove conditions, and hopfully you wont get a interview in 2 years

  4. The only papers he asked me for were a copy of marriage certificate, he said he didnt have one in the file, even though i sent 4 copies with the application and W2 of my sponsor. then it was all laughs and smiles from him he saw pictures and he said he believed we were married. if you have enough evidence of the marriage they really dont care about the B2 status

  5. I had the same concern as you, I was worried if he was going to make a big deal out of it, but the truth is he never mentioned it at all, he just asked me when and where did i entered the US.. I think it will depend on what officer you get, I was lucky i got a really nice officer, the interview was 10 min long and we were on our way.

  6. Hi vivky.. I am sorry I never wrote back to you, but i forgot my password and i was very busy at work.. but yes I came with a B2 visa and did AOS and I got approved today at the immigration office.. if you need any help i can tell you what I did, my process took 4 months in total but i had 2 RFE. it would have been less than 4 months. let me know if you need anything
