  1. Not Really, It just means USCIS accepted your payment (e.g check in the right amount) & the I-751 application form as correctly filled /signed.

Only those two documents (or earlier than 90 days app) will prompt returning your package back before being issued NOA1 or biometric letter.

The rest of your package will be examined later leading to RFE, Interview or approval.

Usually files are not even examined when transferred from VSC to CSC meaning you can even still get RFE after transfer

Okay! This make so much more sense! Thanks!

  2. Best of luck with the big day

the best thing is to keep calm... don't look like you are about to freak out in panic

smile from time to time... and be honest..

My interview was simple, quick and easy...

I honestly believe it was all really about body language.. and how you were able to respond...

if you have nothing to hide it will be a breeze!

  3. Hi All!

I have my interview along with my husband tomorrow and I was wondering as to what I can expect from this.

I will be moving state soon too. I tried calling in to change my address because the website said to do it within 10days of departure of current address..

but when i called in they said to do it once I have moved.

I bring this up and seek your advice guys simply because I don't want any updates being sent to my old addy

should I inform them in the interview when possible?

    Thanks to all in advance!

  4. Hello to anyone who reads this

    Hi!

So I arrived into the US on September Th 2011.

meaning my requirement to get married in the US would have been till December 28, 2011

I got married on October Th, 2011

and finally got all my work shipped out on the Th of December 2011

I sent my documents via FedEx Express and according to the tracking section on their website it was delivered and signed for the following day.

Now I know it is not exactly ideal to send your documents so close to a deadline... because I have not yet received a Notice of Action (NOA) from them

    But will I be okay?

I love my husband dearly and don't want to be stuck in a rutt!?

Does anybody know anything about this

    will I be okay?

-Thank you to anyone in advance
