starting the AOS process.....

Well, he has been cheating with the same woman as before when we waited in separate countries for the visa. Now we've been married 2 months and I find he never stopped with her. My life is in shambles.

Gosh... sorry to hear about that. I can feel in your shoes. K1 journey is not that much easy to get it and you follow your love... He shouldn't do like this... Please patient and keep strong!
In fact, this is the time you guys have to hold each other hand tightly to look forward your AOS journey. All the best, dear!! By the way, why don't you start your AOS?

Got my greencard yesterday, took 4 months 19 days from date of initial filing. I though it could have been faster if I fdidnt have to retake my fp due unreadable. Anyways, husband & I are so happy and we have book a flight out of the country for christmas!!! Prayers really work!

Our interview today went fantastic! Ten minute process, we were approved on the spot, Greencard coming in 2 weeks! Thanks for all the help and support, VJ!

Applied for SSN today - how long did it take all of you to receive the card in the mail?
-
Just got a email saying I got an interview for a position I applied for within my company. Time for change wish me luck people

What's on your mind? Some said those who fill AOS through K1 visa, do not go through interview ..... Is that true? How many % accurate to that information?
-
So apparently the "main" reason for the RFE is USCIS is thinking since my husband works in Canada, that he is not the same person that filed for K1 as the AOS person!! They are confused for his income for 2010 is completely in Canada and not both like when we orginally filed!!! Ugg so we have to come up with proof he is one in the same. LOL

Hope to hear some news about my AOS application. I hate that I really can't do anything unless I am approved. Feels like time is being wasted.
