  1. It is really amazing what someone who really loves you will do to be with the person they love. Eve went for her second day of sputum testing on Tuesday and she was only one block from where this video was taken. She was walking in knee high water with high winds.

  2. Eve went for her second day of medical today and was told she has to take the Sputum Test. Eve smokes, but has stopped in the last month. Her mother died of lung cancer in 2004. She had the BCG vacine when she was young. Her daugher Mae's medical was fine but they delayed her vaccines due to Eve. I know it may be only 2 months but very disappointing especially due to the comming holidays.

Hi Jim, I'm happy to hear you're petition was approved!! That's great, sorry to hear that her home coming will be delayed due to the sputum test:( We are still waiting for our NOA2 and things have slowed down dramatically. We will probably not make the holidays neither. Good luck with everything in the coming months, I'm sure she will fly through the test with no delays.

Do the both of you a favor and have her get a chest x-ray now so that she will have one for comparison when she goes to St. Lukes. 75% of people get delayed there, so if you can get any of that dealt with ASAP it could save you from a couple months of being delayed.

Yes she has already gotten a chest x-ray last month, thinking we could be ahead of the game.

  3. The petition is approved, the interviews are scheduled, Eve is getting ready for her medical. Things have progressed a whole lot faster than we thought they would. God must have a hand in this, his fingerprints are all over it. :)

  5. The two of you make a very nice looking couple. You both look very happy and I'm sure that love and happiness will grow. I wish you both the best of luck and hope your visa journey allows you to be together soon.

  6. Congradulations. The waiting is difficult, but I'm very sure it will be worth it. I used a service at www.rapidvisa.com to help with the paperwork and it was really helpful. I don't think it will make the process any faster other than making sure I didn't make any mistakes on the paperwork, but it was worth the price.

  7. Many people wonder why an American Man would go looking for a mate in another country, but so many American women have become so self centered and selfish and they have lost the concept of being a couple and loving each other, that they become very unattractive.

I found the person I was looking for and so much more, she amazes me every day! I am in love with someone I didn't think...

  9. Wow, we live pretty close to each other and filed pretty close to the same time. I live in Milford, well actually Day Heights. It's good to meet someone who is so close by.

  11. Does the California Service Center seem to be trying to catch up or move faster? We keep hoping because the waiting is so difficult.

I think I set my timeline to show California. It was sent to Texas and then forwarded to California. I'm glad to see them going faster. This website really is a great help. It says that we should get N0A2 processing in a little over a month.

  13. When I was leaving the Philippines I noticed a few people were taking many balikbayan boxes as luggage, but you only get two free pieces of luggage and then Delta charges $150/piece up to 50 lbs. I'm trying to find a consolidator or something but it seems most shipping companines don't want to deal with U.S. Customs. Certainly most things electrical won't work in the U.S.

  14. Hi, yes, the waiting isn't fun at all! In this day and age with all the computer technology available, it's hard to be patient.

Have you figured out how to do the shipping of all her stuff when her visa is approved?
