Hello May filer here we just got this notice and dont understand lol On August 12, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

So, is this meaning a rejection or maybe chance for approval?

not rejection,they still doing some review in your case i think and i guess soon they gonna ask u for more evidence?and if u could provide it im sure u get approve....

Ugh mindanao government sucks they let u wait for so long,mine and hubby got our NSO copy of marriage cert.last june1 ,was married last feb.2..see its sucks?but u could used the copy that u have(a copy of marriage certificate) and bring it to the NSO and let them put stamp and authenticated it,u can used it and send it to ur hubby sence they put stamp on it and authenticated it and let them sign it,it works to me.

Ugh!!! thats crazy,been so long eh....my hubby filled last May then we got our NOA1 a few days ,waiting now for NOA2,ur hubby should call them and check or try to resend the papers.

You have to get appointment to the embassy,one's u already set the date ,u have to print that bring it when u go to the embassy with your fiancee,your fiancee should bring his passport,divorce paper or death certificate if his widow and then i guess u need to pay not sure how much tho and have to there early..thats what we did before i get married to my hubby coz he is divorce..hope this help you..godbless..
