  1. After you arrived here in States if your CR1 and you check the paper saying you automatically receive your SSN then just wait it would arrive week or weeks but if it reach a month then better go to your SSN office and get SSn just need your PP and GC just wait it would arrived a month or 2,mine got it 1 month and few days.If your K1 or Fiance Visa i think you better get married first before ur visa expires,i think its 90 days u better get married .

  2. yes its possible to get denied! you still not done yet,you still have to do NVC stage which they need bunch of docs and the last is medical and interview. You gonna get the visa but be sure you send all the important docs they need  and pass the interview :innocent: are you both in Philippines now?if so, you should file DCF its faster.

  3. When arrived to States i got my green card almost a month,i didnt receive my SSN even tho we put check in our papers before that we gonna receive my ssn so we just go to ssn office and got my ssn for just 3 days.Usually NVC stage is pretty fast if you have all the docs.We start NVC stage around sept. but have delayed because of my BC if we didnt have problems of my BC should be done before december.Have my interview March 8 and got my visa at 12.Gudluck!just prepared all the docs needed for NVC that way make your visa process a lot more faster..

  7. Hi I'm new here so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place.

My husbad has been in AP since July 12. I've been following few timelines similiar to mine with no results yet. I would love to hear from those who have had success from AP.

I'm starting to feel that AP is a never ending journey, as if there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I cant make any plans for the future because I dont know what the future holds for us :(

Yes theres always light at the end of the tunnel...ALWAYS!! just dont give up!!!keep bugging them, call them everyday if possible just to ask about ur case!!! ALL THINGS HAPPEN FOR REASON...
