    how to contact us embassy manila to schedule for appointment i try to call but the phone just rang once then suddenly stop then turned to busy tone...please help

      At last im able to contact the US embassy today and i have my schedule for interview. I have my confirmation letter now send to my email but im just wondering what is this CEAC COnfirmation Letter as one of the list in the instruction that i need to bring during me interview? DO you have any idea about it? please help me
