Shouldn't car insurance go down when you get married and have no addicents or tickets every year. I knew Progressive was too good to be true. They raise their rates $75.00 every six months. Time to look for another policy! Any suggestions FB fam?

Ok, so after I vented my frustrations, I figured I should be "me" again....Have a lovely and blessed week everyone

I made Egusi stew this weekend. Had to throw out the first batch, a very large pot. Almost made me cry! ...Just a heads up on my sisters who will try to cook it here...dried bitter leaf holds grit no matter how many times you wash it, or how long you soak it...and I found out the hard way. But, I cooked a second batch and used fresh Spinich for the vegetable. It took four bags to be enough for the pot. The second was a sucess and my husband says it gets better each day. Its almost gone......

Well it's been a very busy month but Divine has got a job and is doing well! He's been here one month now. God is Great!...my husband is still only eating African food, he still will not give American food much of a thought. LOL

So happy that Divine has Toyin and Femi to talk to here in the US. Its all phone conversations, but so wonderful that he has a couple of supporting guys he can pick up and talk with any time. If your husband is needing a friend, send your number and let him network with our husbands.

Boo's SSC arrived a couple days ago, he called about his green card this morning, as they messed up and issued him the CR1 visa, well it was mailed out this morning, now we have to wait to request the 10 year until we receive the 2 year one. Procrastinating never gets it done, does it?? lol...totally MY fault.

Bought a new comfortable set for my room, next will be buying some curtains for the house or might just make my own curtains. I need to grocery shop for alot of veggies, hubbie loves his veggies and fruits. Wow my hubbie is coming home, it hasnt hit me yet and I know when it does I will cry like a baby. Our aniversary is next month.and my birthday is tnext month. This will be the first time me and my husband have ever spent an anniversary together. I need advise on what to do and where to go. Our finances are not that great cos he is not working yet, so keep that in mind when giving suggestions. ..Yaa to us for being able to spend our wedding day together. We used to dream of this day and now its our time. The lord said " my child it is now your turn." Amen.

OMG and I do mean OMG because of the holiday the marriage and courts and birth certificate places are closed and he is to return next week. If it ain't one thing its another. Now I don't begrudge no one and their religion but no one else gets a week off now. Come on man!! Another flippin week of waiting.

Well it is just about time for me to travel back to future! Now let me just set my watch to six hours ahead.....okay, I'm ready!

I so wish I was on a plane heading to Nigeria to see my husband. I miss him soooooo much.
