    AOS pacakge was received one and a half month ago, included in the pacakge was a advance parole document application.. Stil haven't heard anything about the latter. Where do I call to inquire about the APD?

    Need help!!! :) applying for AOS and EAD in the pacakge: Do I belong to category (a) (6) or © (9) ? Thanks people :) Happy new year to all!

      Really? It says K-1 -- (a)(6) if you're filing within 90 days of your entry. Then it says any other EAS application than for a replacement must be based on your pending application for adjustment under ©(9)

      C9 - if you choose A6 you will be denied. C9 is correct
