On the IV page it still says current processesing site as NVC. But case status page says "Ready".

Mine still shows "At NVC" on actual case status page !!! Also still see 2 N/As instead of 3. Why is that ?

You can do it a day before your interview date.

From experience I got from VJ-ers ... presently it takes approximately 22-30 days to complete a case.

I wish "Good Luck" to other people which are in line for "Case Closed" and interview schedule.

If somebody's case is not close yet, just be patient for about 4 weeks, then call NVC to find out news about your case.

Everybody's case would be complete as soon as is possible ... hopefully

SD is 20-Apr. CC without 3 N/A's. This is strange. I confirmed twice.

Called and got to know about CC. However, still see 2 N/A instead of 3. The rep said it takes time to update.

Folks, It seems NVC have stopped reviewing the documents or what? No more CCs for the VJ members since 05/13 according to the spreadsheet.... :wow: :wow:

Then why they give 30 days spiel when we call ? my sd is 20-apr and still no CC. I called last friday and was told to wait till 20-May.

What is NVC doing ?

Always I called they said They had reviewed my AOS AND IV package and today they girl said there was a package that needed to be review my scan date is April 20, I told her I was told that both packages were review and she said oh yes they just didn't write the note I will do it right now, well "she did". Asked if my case was complete and she said they are waiting for my ds-260 to be review, i submitted my ds-260 on April 29th and on May 7 got a checklist asking me to submit ds-260 so I called and they say to ignore it that it was the system that automatically sent it. But sometimes when I call they say we are waiting for u to submit ds-260 then when I tell them I already did they ask when and say ok wait 30 days for the review. It sucks, the act like they don't know what they are doing and it scare me.

Call again, confirm with another agent that both of your packets are reviewed indeed.

What has happened to NVC ?

No CCs lately. Move NVC ====> Move fast.

Just confirmed with NVC it was a False CL. The nice rep named something like GIO jejeje told me my DS-260 showed as CCOMPLETED not to worry about that checklist. And he said he was going to put a note on my case and if it is not completed by next week to call them back.

Hi all, just got a CC today!! our scan date was April 21 :)

Our Affidavit of support Fee changed to N/A on Friday night so i guess the 3 N/A rule still stands! Good luck to everyone still waiting for CC.
