  1. well if someone has their interview on August and their priority date is 2010 than we would know that they will soon be working on 2010....i might be wrong...but i just want to see who has interviews in August...My case was Completed June 6th and i was told to wait 8 weeks, so that will be in August i might have an interview in September or November hopefully.

    my pd is dec 2008

my case completed at nvc on 9th march 2011

and i was given the same 8 week comment...no interview yet

    anyways.. All the best

  2. Well... we are officially in what they said Mandatory AP.... we figured it would happen. They kept his passport and gave him a pink token to which we need to send a couple of more documents for clear evidence my oldest child is of legal age in NC and that i dont pay child support... they also told him to keep that token safe as it would give him the info needed to obtain visa once it gets to local office.

Never said your approved pending the documents just said we need this document and your in mandatory ap...we cant do anything to stop mandatory ap.

I really miss him and im just ready to have our life together in one home...not separated by distance anymore...

Just wish i knew a clear outcome but God willing soon we will know...

nshallah u will hear good news soon,,

  3. THIS IS WHY IT VL BE MORE WAITING FOR 2010 AND 2011 FILERS.....

AND ONE MORE THING DOS IS ALWAYS SAYING THAT THE FILING IN THE FAMILY CASES HAD BEEN SLOW SINCE 2009...HOW CAN WE BELIEVE THIS? WHEN WE KNOW THAT BUNCH OF APPROVED APPLICATIONS ARE AT NVC...JUST COMMON SENSE AS MORE PPL GETS INTO THE USA...THE MORE PPL VL TRY TO JOIN THEM AS FAMILY MEMBER...HOW CAN FILING BE SLOW.....DOS IS MAKING ALL OF US FOOL!!!!!

i guess ppl realize that america is not what they thought it was...economy..jobs...

  4. 2: One month is not enough, she is supposed to reside in the USA and spend less time outside than inside. She may get away with this once, but how long will she stay in Pakistan next time, ie from October 2011 to when? She will not be allowed to keep her greencard if her plan is to stay one month a year ion the USA. The more attention she draws to herself (for example by petitioning a family member), the more likely they will pull her greencard for not residing in the USA.

    3. You are 20+ years old and don;t have a single photo with your mother, not even when you were little? That is very unusual, especially as she seems to be spending so much time in Pakistan. There will probably be questions ab out that, but photos are not strictly speaking required, so if all the paperwork is fine, you will probably be ok. There is a small chance they will ask for a DNA test.

she stayed in USA in 2009 for 8-9 months...she is worried abt me..she cannot leave me here alone..

i dont have recent pics...i have a few child hood pics...will they work??

i had a dna done at USCIS stage
