Hi, my husband filed I-130 for me in dec 2007 soon after our wedding. Then our daughter was born on nov 2009,which again my husband filed another I-130. Now v r waiting for our visa interview! Hope tis helps u. Good luck wit ur visa journey.

Hey, in response to the post on police clearance certificate. U have to get the pcc from both the places, ur native and the place u studied. I actually took the pcc from sp office and regional passport office,which was last year. Because of retrogression,we didnt get the interview yet!
