  1. Hi,

i need more info and advice please, from anyone who can..

my hubby is GC holder since 2006, but on dec 2009 he had to back home country for urgent family situation for more than 1 year. at that time he didn't know that his GC will be reset, but he has travel document & reentry permit, so that on feb 2011 he was able to came back to USA safely. since then he stayed and work here in US soil.

my question is.., since his GC got Reset for 4 year something months..(we forgot) and on this august 2015 his GC will expired.

will he eligible to apply for citizenship? if yes, when is the best time we should send the documents? how do i do that?

Please please give my advice and suggestion or information, so we can get through this process.

thanks soooo much for your help..

  2. ALi.acha back in 2011 , vsc need almost 2years to approve 1petition. Lot of people complain and wait too long. But now days I see vsc only need time less than 6month to. Approvd. You guys soo lucky yet I heard still lot of people complaining.. However I'm so grateful, by the time we finished our journey. We already married for more than 2.5years. And that very good proof. 1. Who applied for u?

2, where your husband lives in?

    3. how he entered in the USA and when?

    4. how long u know him?

    5. does he call to u? when does he call and when he called u last?

    6. how long u married to him?

    7. they ask for photo with me and she gave around 30 pic and saw almost all.

After all the question, they said congratulation and pls come bk on 26 th sept for passport bk

the whole process took around 10 mints.

    thanks

    nasir

nasir, for question #3, what does it mean? is this mean how you entered USA for the first time or from last visit?

my husband keep visit me back and fort to canada. im confused to answers this kinnda question.. its sound like tricky question?!

  6. NVC will coordinate with embassy to find suitable date for your I/L, and usually NVC will announce it to u on last week of the month until first week of the next month. if u haven't got until first week of the month u have to wait another month to get I/L.

the next day after they set an I/L for you, NVC will transfer your case to embassy. after that, u dealing with embassy. not nvc anymore..

hopefully u will get your I/L end of this month. Good Luck...!
