I had my interview this morning at 7:00am and it went well, I was approved, waiting for my ceremony letter.

November 7 received letter for interview on December 8 in Dallas Tx.

What was the original date for your bio appointment noted in the letter? Thanks

2. The outcome of his police certificate ?

3. Did he/she submitted I 134 ?

Applying for B2 visa when you are married to USC is totally counter productive and it generates RED FLAGS !! Be warned ! Good luck.

It is rather clumsy. I experienced the same situation in New Jersey MV, I was told to wait till I receive EAD or GC. Take care.

My wife entered the state at the end of June via her K1, we got married in July. Currently we're in the process of AOS. She has obtained a learner permit when her N-94 was still valid, she tried to get her driver license today and they said they can't do it b/c her N-94 has expired and they have no way of knowing if she's here legally, our offer to show the our marriage certificate did not do anything. Anybody ran into this problem before? If so how did you deal with it?

Get the certified copy of divorce document from the county that approved it.

Our AOS was received by USCIS on 09/28/2011 @ 06:47am. No further information yet.

Have you been arrested for any offence in UK before ??? Under normal circumstance, a clean police certificate should bear "NO TRACE". For further clarification, contact nearest police station in UK. Regards
