      TAMER.. in this site..there is 2 forms to fill it online first one DS261 choice of agent and the second one ds260.. you should fill both.. and for me,, i still can open it and my case completed and sent to the embassy and my interivew is on OCT 20,2011 but i can still open it and when i sign in the the corner up, there sth letter in black that my case forward to the embassy.. Good luck

      tamer.. really we have to talk bc u confused me lol... am the beneificary... and my huz is USC .. and we send taxes AOS for 2010-2009-2008 and NVC accept them.. do u mean that i have to bring them again from my huz to take them on the interview? thx

    My wife sent in her passport and my original divorce docs via Aramex on Nov 7. We are still waiting for her visa. She was told she was approved at the interview. She is pregnant in the second trimester now and we need to be together. I never knew it took so long to get the visa. I sent the American Emassy in Amman a second email on Dec 5 and I have not recieved a response as of yet. Hopefully, we'll get something soon. Good Luck everyone!!!
