We received our extension letter about 1.5 weeks after sending in the application. It came so fast!!
I know its not technically the green card but can my wife travel back and forth to mexico without fear of going too frequently? We usually go there for dinner or a show since we live so close.
Thanks

Hi, How does the I751 work? You receive an extension letter and then if approved you received the 10 year green cards, or is there an interview? If the interview is not common, do most people here get approval just by the application? Please help.. Thanks

I'm sorry if this has been answered a million times but from the receipt of the extension letter, about how far out is the interview usually at this time or is it that some just got the 10 year without a need for another interview?

Thank you for clarifying..!

Ok thats is really good to know.. ! And to be clear the NOA1 you received on 4/6/2019 is the extension letter or a NOA1 was received and with that the same day a extension letter is received? Sorry I haven't seen a physical copy of the extension letter. My filing window begins in June and I'm starting get prepped. Its like SAT's all over again.

Hi All,
Again to be clear, Once the application of the I751 is turned in, and the check has been processed, and a NOA received, shortly after an extension letter is to be sent? Anyone know how long it took to receive the extension letter? We have expiration on Sept 17th, 2019 but my wife is flying out on the 21st (to mexico from USA) but I will definitely apply for her 90 days in advance exactly to give us much time as possible to receive the letter.
Thanks
Andy

I ended up going to the one on Bunker Hill address. Yes, very nice doctor and he had no problems just doing the transfer of Vaccinations to the I693 for 25.00 per person.
FYI
3023 Bunker Hill Street
Suite 106
San Diego, Ca.

I phoned several civil surgeons in the area and they didnt know what I was talking about. In the end I came across this one .....
Centro Medico Latino
345 N Magnolia, Ste 104
El Cajon, CA 92020
Tel: (619)401-0404
They are based in El Cajon, knew exactly what I was talking about and only charged me $25 to fill in the vaccination supplement form.
I called this number and they no longer do this for Vaccinations. They answered the phone and said I had to call a civil surgeon. I guess they are not any longer.

I just spoke to her and she doesn't remember getting any sheet. She did say she got a CD.

My spouse took her medical exams in juarez and has also taken additional shots now here in the US. My question is, for the AOS, the application states if you have the medical exams taken for K1 you don't need to fill out the I693. Some say you do have to still fill it out, some say you only fill out a portion. Also if i have the medical exams already done, is it in the system so that we don't have to send in any attachments?? I don't want to have to go to a surgeon general to get them translated if they are already in the system. I am really confused about this..
Also for my wife they said she doesn't need Polio or HIB, the vaccinatoin department of the county said it wasn't need for immigration. I read on the NCIS that it is needed. They said its only necessary for children. What is the right thing to do in my situation? K1 applicants please chime in.. Thank you.

i was just adding benefits for my spouse and they sent me an email back stating i need SS # for them. i didnt get that done when i had her I 94 and during this time period. I also can't get it until she gets her Aos approved or at least until her work approval is processed. This can take months. Does this sound correct to you?? Am i stuck now?
i have good health benefits too. i don't want to have to buy travelers insurance again. help...

Hi..
I was looking at the document requirements and I noticed the Passport page and I94, and passport photos was asked in each application. Even though I am sending this in all together I still do need to print it 3 Passport page, and I94 three times, and have 6 passport photos per person?
Thanks,

Hi,
We only translated the birth certificate of my wife when we got her K1 but at the same time we applied for the K2 for her two daughters.
In the case of a AOS, do we translate all birth certificates meaning spouse and children?
Thanks,

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a deadline on how long you take to get the adjustment of status form in after marriage? They won't issue my license for about two weeks but I am married now.
Thanks all..

Finally got her Waybill numbers today and said in 30 mins that its already at DHL express!!! Off we go!!!!
-
Still waiting for Waybill DHL info. I just recently found out on the Visa-info page that you can click on the status link that says check status of DS-160 I thought this was just for the DS160 but in actuality it gives you further information from the US Application Center showing the status update. Mine said it has been created on the 17th of June, and has had a recent update. Here it states it is in final processing. At least I can see this information, before I was left in Limbo.

We were approved Jun10 th and its now June 18th and there is nothing yet from DHL on the website. We opted to wait here in Juarez, its excruciating and seems like forever. We have no idea what is going on with this visa. They said 3-10 business days.. Rediculous..

Ours was sent to Mateos location, my fiance waited like an hour and half in line, expect the lines to be long. You might want to catch breakfast.

Today is the 17th and there is still no Waybill number. My fiance has been to the DHL location just to check if they had the package and there is nothing. Sucks..!!
Extension letter..does it expire 18 months from green card expiration or 18 months from where you filled the removal of conditions?

I myself am in the same predictament with our Application for the permanent green card. We have the extension expiring in March 2021 which is coming around the corner. Will they extend it again or will we eventually get our interview?? Does it always come down to the wire as when they will answer ? I even checked processing times for my area and it said 20.5 months??? Well how does that work with an 18 month extension???
