Date of I-751 = The Date you sent your application
NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter
Biometrics = The Date of your biometrics appointment
Approved = The Date your case was approved

For my AOS i printed actual photos and put them in a plastic sheet protector, stapled the top so they don't spill out and included them in the packet that way. But for the ROC I just printed two photos per page on a regular letter size plain print paper, so everything is in the same format. I don't think it much matters what way you do it as long as the you can clearly see who is in the photo. Whichever way you choose write either on the back of the photo (if printing single photos) or below each (if printing multiples per page) explanation, who is in it and where was it taken, what was the event.

Well at least your wife got here, she had a legal option to do that. (though don't get me started on this, I think LEGAL immigration should be looked at as well, this whole thing of separating couples for years (in some cases)is just crazy, but that's another topic).
My point about this person is that he didn't put himself in this mess, and once he knew that he is in it he had no LEGAL avenues to take to fix this, wheater it takes a year or more. He thought that the only thing to do is to try and do good, work hard, contribute to the US and makes himself valuable member of this sociaty. And this is what he did, he worked hard to "earn" his citizenship to earn the right to be allowed to stay here.
