It should come from the beneficiary's email address, but yes, you can write it yourself and send it to her, and then she can send it to NVC (that's what we did). Or you can log in to her email and do it for her.

well we have a plan, we agreed on renting a car and drive from chicago to california then go back to Illinois , after that we're gonna fly to NY..then back to the real world...and this including eating a lot of food ( i love chipotle) and having fun ...
