Igor has I separated in Jan. 2013 and he returned to Macedonia. I have not filed anything else with immigration. Not sure if I have to.

Igor has a job! He's been working for a little bit more than a month and he's doing well! Things are looking up for us. We're very happy.

We're doing good here but Igor is still NOT working. It is very hard. We're trying everything we can. He is excelling so much in his English class that the teacher wants him to join the advanced class now. That's great. He completed his warehouse training and all forklift certifications! Gotta keep trying. Don't forget those English classes! You really need it. It helps alot. Just have patience with everything else. Something will work out soon

Igor has been attending English classes for about 2 months but he's still looking for work. It's very difficult. He just passed his driving permit test so he'll get his license soon Still needs a job though

Igor is still looking for a job It is very difficult but I'm certain something will come soon. There aren't any Macedonian communities in San Diego, only in Los Angeles and that's a bit too far for us

Apparently, we just need Igor's green card in order for him to start working. He's been looking for a job but nothing good so far. I was told that the green card is considered a work permit. The letter from social security clearly states that he can legally work here but needs the green card. Any info or advice? Is the wrong info? Thanks

APPROVED!!!! Yesterday was interview #2 and we were approved in less than 30 minutes! Igor will be here in about 2 weeks or so!!!

Igor had his interview this morning and they said NO. They claim that I dont make enough to support him but according to their poverty guidelines, I can support a family of 8 but we must get a Co Sponsor They asked him many many questions about many things. We have to prove our relationship as well since I have been married before.

Our interview date is set for Dec. 21st 2011.

All documents and fees have been submitted for more than a month now and we're still waiting for a decision

I don't think it would hurt to send it in a binder. I would make sure that the binder isn't too wide or fancy

Paid the AOS and IV Fees and sent the AOS Package :D

NVC received our case on 8/15 but hasn't uploaded it yet. Operator said to call back in 10 days to get Case#. At least it's there

We got our NOA2!!!!! Yippeee!!! Got to get to work on the next steps now. Any advice???? :D

Just waiting for the next stage. Its very hard but we know its best to stay strong and not break down. We video for hours every day! Just cant get enough of eachoher!

Is there anything to do between the NOA1 and NOA2 or is it just to sit and wait?

Received official NOA1 letter today in the mail.

Received email and text today that I-130 has been received. When do I pay for NOA fees and how much? My case has been transfered to the California Service Center.
